At Phuket Cannabis Café, all vape products are factory sealed, brand new, and verified authentic before delivery.

To maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity, once a seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is considered final sale.

We offer replacements only for verified technical faults reported within 24 hours of delivery.
This timeframe allows us to return the item directly to the manufacturer, who requires products to remain sealed and unused for inspection.

After 24 hours, or once the product has been opened, we’re unable to confirm how it’s been stored, charged, or handled — and the manufacturer does not accept it for exchange.

⚠️ Please check your items immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if you experience a genuine technical issue.

⚠️We’re happy to assist with any verified defects, but used, opened, or flavour-related concerns are not covered under exchange.

Exchanges are offered for the same product only. No cash refunds or credit are available once a product has been opened.
